1. Services
I provide custom cartoon and caricature illustrations based on client-provided references and instructions. Final results are artistic interpretations and may not be exact replicas.
2. Revisions
- A limited number of revisions are included (typically for minor changes such as colors or small details).
- Major changes (pose, concept, or style changes after approval) may require an additional fee.
- Revisions requested after final delivery may be charged.
3. Turnaround Time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on workload and complexity. Rush orders may be available for an extra fee.
4. Payment
- Full or partial payment may be required before work begins.
- Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
- No final files will be delivered until payment is complete.
5. Copyright & Usage
- The artist retains copyright to all artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients receive usage rights for personal or commercial use based on the package purchased.
- Artwork may be displayed in the artist’s portfolio, website, or social media unless the client requests confidentiality in advance.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide clear references and accurate details.
- The artist is not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete information.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations after work has started are not eligible for refunds.
- If the artist is unable to complete the project, a refund will be issued as appropriate.
8. Style Disclaimer
Each artist has a unique style. By placing an order, the client acknowledges familiarity with the artist’s portfolio and accepts the artistic style.
9. Prohibited Content
I reserve the right to refuse projects involving offensive, hateful, illegal, or explicit content.
